Jumped on the wagon and watched it on Netflix. It was good for what it was. I think the big thing for me was just a reminder this is for fun, a “hobby”. Topps, UD, Panini don’t care about us; we’re a paycheck. So if you think your going to get rich just remember you’ll paying the stock market; you can be up and you can go down.

I tried it, but bailed when it felt like it was turning into some kind of family intervention. I have no interest in baseball cards through the lens of reality TV.

That movie was about an hour too long..no need for the family issues ( I have those on my own )..They needed to show the wife backing up over the cards in the parking lot..I would have callled it a day right then.. Did enjoy seeing Jose Canseco though.. Unsure about the burning of cards at the end..Hope they had a permit to do that..

The moral of the story is I have to thank all the mothers of my friends that made them throw their cards away and making them more scarce then what they would of been if they kept them

Interesting movie about our hobby. Now I’m afraid my daughters will see it and at least one of them will want to burn my collection when I die. I think my youngest understands why I love collecting so hopefully her and my grandson will carry on the tradition as it should be.
