When I started on here, I thought "Im not interested in trading, most of what I want is cheap enough I can just buy it"... well, last month I got my first trade proposal and thought "why not"... Now I ADDICTED!!!! I mean, I got boxes of cards/duplicates that I am doing nothing with, so trading is like getting something for free, exdept in return I also help someone else out...

Thats it, just wanted to let you guy know you made a new addict ;p

Welcome to the REAL card addiction! Trading is so much better than buying singles. You trade away the cards you don't want for the cards you do want. It helps both collectors. I buy boxes of cards hoping to pull PC cards but the whole time I'm pulling cards out of the packs, I'm thinking of who I can trade this card to for what I want! I still buy singles sometimes, but I mostly just want to trade.

Trading is a ton of fun. I've been storing some of my duplicates for over 30 years. It's nice to turn them into cards I need, and move them out of my duplicates box and into somebody's collection where they will be appreciated.

One piece of advice I can give is to list everything...you never know what will be asked for. When I listed my 1991 Maxx NASCAR cards, I didn't expect anyone to want them, because, even though it's one of my all-time favorite sets, it's super common. They were the first cards asked for in trade, and I've sent out most of the examples I had available.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
