What sport card brand do you prefer?

My first set as a kid was the 1959 Topps Baseball. I have loved their base sets ever since. Now I only collect Cincinnati Reds cards. My favorite subset is Topps Total, which had most of the players pictured on cards. I also like Bowman for their prospect cards, although their numbering system leaves a lot to be desired.

Being a Topps baseball set collector ever since I was a little kid, it's always been Topps flagship baseball for me. Baseball - Topps. Though the Donruss Diamond Kings might have been the best part of the junk era.

Football - Topps before Panini took over. Donruss since.

Basketball - I like the SkyBox set with the silly abstract graphics. Too lazy to look up the year though.

Hockey - No idea which is best. But I refuse to support a card company that named itself after urine.

Donruss IS Panini now. And that Skybox set was the 1991-92 set, I'm sure. Just posting from my own memory.

I was hung up a bit on the Panini Baseball products not having logos for a bit. Then I got over it and joined the Pajama party. Panini's Prizms compared to Topps current refractors are no contest. Panini makes them so much better. They actually have some etching and all like Topps refractors did years ago. Collect what you love and love what you collect.
