Can someone please tell me if the number on this card is usual or not? Do they sometimes write the number on the card with a blue marker? I was going to buy it but just not sure if I should. Any opinion is appreciated.

The card company probably pre numbers the cards so the players know exactly what they're signing. Or so they don't have too just to make it a bit easier on them. And to have the count right.

Just a quick note, the card is not an error. It is clearly marked as a proof card, which Leaf sells through their eBay store. It was never meant to have an autograph. And Leaf does commonly hand write serial numbers when they are real low, like this being SN2. 

I have a about 10 year old Tools Heritage autograph card. It was limited to 59 copies and each one is hand written numbers. So yes it does happen from time to time.

They usually numbered them after they got the signed cards back.  

Yes it happens for Gypsy Queen with the Bazooka backs are hand numbered to 25. I have a couple of these myself that were pack pulled by me
