I bought a Ultra Pro package of 100 toploaders and 100 sleeves on Amazon for $23. Just been researching myself actually. Best deal so far that I have found is CloutsN'Chara. A case of 100pt toploaders $147.50 and flat rate shipping in Canada, used to be $12 but am not ordering anything anytime soon so you would have to clarify that.
