Should be nowhere, it's an unlicensed, bootleg, copyright infringement.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I think it's a 1985 "monarch corona" USFL all star rookies
Although I've seen about 10 of these cards they date 1983 - 1985 on the backs . I'm not sure if they are legitimate cards.

As Chuck mentions, they have completely copied a copyrighted Topps design, which is illegal. We do not list illegal cards on the site.

nor ACEO cards, Monarch Corona called them "tributes". That's like all the ebay counterfeiters calling their cards "reprints".

I bought it without the impression of it being just a normal card. Is it illegal to own it?

No, it was illegal for them to make it. Hope you didn't pay a lot for it.

Be careful about the plain white van parked in front of your house. Federal agents are watching you. :)
More seriously, it is more like a bootleg or copied cd, a MP3 downloaded off Napster, a fake Gucci handbag or a fake Rolex watch from Canal Street in New York, they're all considered counterfeit goods. They're known to exist, but they're all unauthorized products. Cards needs to be authorized by the player and/or the league (manufacturers need to pay serious money for the license) to be official. That's why unlicensed cards are considered illegal. Since you have just one, no one will really cares enough to put you in jail and everything, but if you were printing/distributing/selling them, it would be another ballgame (no pun intended).
