I am 1 for 2 on these as a buyer.  I bought some cards a month ago and it ended up getting stuck somewhere with no tracking udpate.  The person ended up giving me a refund.  I have done 82 PWE's on here without any of them getting lost so just bad luck on this one.

I haven't had any problems receiving these, but the problem I am starting to have is getting postage due bills. I have had three purchases come with $0.20 postage due in the past two weeks. They have also all come in different envelope so I wonder if the sellers are attaching the address labels to unapproved envelopes. 

I just started a new eBay account, primarily selling collectibles. With 0 feedback, I realized I'd have better luck selling cards that are mainly cheap by pwe. Only thing I found was what was mentioned here, the eBay envelope. Problem for me is no printer, so I had to opt for free shipping and slightly higher starting bid. As of just hours ago I finally got my first bid, praying this works because I have a lot of stuff to sell!

My guess is the seller doesn't have the appropriate amount of postage on the envelope. I would leave neutral feedback stating that.
