I have a question, are uncut sheets considered cards?  I ask because i have a signed emmitt Smith uncut pro set sheet and i can't find it on his checklist?  Thanks

For the most part, no. There are some promos that are only available as a full sheet, which are generally perforated. Some are posted here, some are not, and some were and got deleted because some people pushed their bias through that they should not be here. 

Just regular production sheets that have not been cut are considered unfinished cards. 

Post some pictures in the Card Identification Forum if what you have is not just regular production cards.

Yes we would need to see what you're talking about. A full production sheet or a small promotional panel.  The small promotional panels, usually 9 cards, are usually listed here.

If the promotional items are marked as such, they can be listed. Many items are listed other places as "promo panels" or "proof panels" and they are not listable here. Not sure what listable items were removed per Billy's post.

Also some promo panels are like uncut sheets where they are an actual "uncut" sheet or 9 card panel (or however many cards are in the panel. Then there are some promo panels that have just the front of the cards and the back is the promo info. I have had many of this later type from some of the trade magazines, usually my non-sports mags. It has been ages since I've had sports mags.
