Has anyone attempted ordering from them this calendar year? Their disclaimer regarding shipping delays on the main page is discouraging at best. It seems they couldn't rebound after the holiday rush. Are there any surprisingly pleasant stories out there?

They are getting worse. I won an auction on Ebay back on the 12th and I am still waiting for them to ship it. I can only imagine how long it would take them through there own site.

I placed an order on their website on February 8, 2021.  The order was delivered today.

I am still waiting for an order placed 12/1 with a 3/5 ship date.

Placed a order on 2/3, suppose to ship by 2/18.  Never did, recieved a credit for the extra postage.  They apologized and said they would ship it out quickly for me.  It hasn't shipped yet and when I wrote to them to find out what is going on they responded with "We can give you a refund on the cards"  No explanation on why mine hasn't shipped yet.

My last order with them was Feb 19.  It shipped on March 2.  I got it on March 6

Purchases on march 8th and was shipped on the 10th received on 15th

I'm still waiting for my order from December. Said it should've shipped 3/17. I emailed them and never got a response, so still waiting lol 

Well i'm not surprised that they're still having issues . It'll be quite a LONG time before they can get back to "normal" and they'll need to add 2-3x as many workers to their shipping departments to be able to do that (which is impossible during the Covid restrictions) 

I understand needing extra hands to catch up on orders, but there's no excuse for not replying to your customers or taking a lazy stance in opting to refund an entire order! Do they think people are not talking about their practices?
