Maybe my thought was a bit obscure, but a biz just starting up may cut a deal, and  I was simply saying that depending on the person I may do it for no/low cost. I can't say I've ever seen an ebay listing with no starting price, I'm talking about resellers/dealers that have no price at all and have encountered sellers raise prices simply because there's an interest and not because they are worth more.
