I wonder does anyone remember the news story about the major league umpire who was arrested in 1990 for stealing cards from Target?

I do remember when this happened. I was set up at a flea market in SC doing the old buy sell trade thing at the time. It was all centered around the hype of the errors in the 90 Score baseball, especially the Sandberg.

Kind of unrelated, but for some reason, GameStop is still geting stock of Pokémon cards at the moment. (At least the one in my town) I managed to buy some a couple days ago and they really haven't been picked dry yet. But I'm just wondering if this will somehow happen to them in the future as well.

I never thought of Gamestop for Pokemon cards. Makes sense though. Do they carry any other gaming cards?

I am wondering if this an Area thing, as I just went to Walmart in Copperas Cove, TX and Last night in Lampasas. both had lots of Cards. Hangers and Blasters of Diamond Kings, Fat packs of Heritage, Value packs of Bowman, Blasters of Parkhurst Hockey and UD Hockey. along Series ones packs and Fat packs. had even the supplies of Penny sleeves and 9 cards protectors, Did see that Target in Harker Heights had all boxes behind customer service for 8am Friday sale only. I have seen the guys with full carts on stocking day in Killeen, I do know Cove Walmart has them banned for the same tatics. Our PX no longer carries but will order, this the same as in past and hopefully settles down.
