Hey everyone! I've been lurking around here for awhile now, reading and soaking up all the knowledge I can from you guys.
I've been dabbling in blogging about my collection here and there and I'm looking to start doing it on a more regular basis. I'm excited to share with you my first monthly pickup blog:

If you've got a spare 5 minutes or so, please check it out and let me know what you think!

Very nice and some nice adds as well. Especially like the format you chose to display and write about each card. Hope your June is another successful month.

I too enjoyed how you did the pics and verbiage side by side. Also like the visual effect of alternating side to side. Hope to read about your June successes. Happy card hunting!

Not a baseball guy but enjoyed the clear, concise write ups and the tidy format. I always enjoy reading about anyone's pickups or box breaks from any sport.
You did miss part of the lede though — where did you find the Atomic Refracto auto in the end? (Unless it is a secret!)

Being a Phillies fan, I am biased. I REALLYYYYY like how you did this. The scans and description look good together. The best of luck going forward and congrats on a job well done :).

Thanks to everyone who checked it out! I appreciate you taking the time to read the blog and your comments!
@Dodgydave - You're right, I did forget to add that tidbit about where I found the Atomic Refractor Autograph to the mailbag post. That card was such a huge addition to my collection that I actually created a post just for that card: 1997 Bowman's Best Atomic Refractor Autograph. To appreciate that card even more, check out the picture I took of the card for that post. It's far better looking than the scan would have you believe. Even the picture I took of it doesn't do it enough justice in my opinion...in person, this card is absolutely stunning!

It was a nice blog for sure. I read it on my mobile and one suggestion I have would be putting the picture under the title to separate it from the paragraph. I noticed that you had the card titles bolded but it was still hard to differentiate it. Other then that it was sweet. Keep plugging.

shuedini, you did a great job with your blog. I enjoyed reading it. I would like to run into a bunch of Kruks the way you did with Rolen. Keep up the good work.

That is very nice. I like the design and layout of your blog. I have wanted to do something like this for a while with my PC cards, but wasn't sure where to start with it. It looks like you took off with it. I am not a baseball collector, but am a big fan of Matt Kenseth (NASCAR driver) so I can relate about the efforts to collect all the cards of a given person. I am glad you were able to find such amazing and rare pieces for your collection. I hope you are able to continue adding some nice additions to your collection. Like you pointed out, some of them from the 90's habe become really obselete and hard to come by, likely by accidently being destroyed/tossed out. I have a few Kenseth cards that I am having a hard time locating from that time frame as well. Keep up the awesome site.

Matt Kenseth card collection is nearing 50% with over 2300 different cards. Always looking for the missing remainders to get to 100% completion.
