I started working on a webpage to show off my collection a few years ago and then I stopped. Was trying to figure out what and how I wanted to show off my collection. We I started back up last month and have changed a few things to showcase three parts of my collection. Still a work in progress and the Ultimate Hockey Card catalog will be a major undertaking as I have to scan and label the collection. I have it by year in boxes but still scanning and rescanning cards.
If you like please take a look at the work in progress of my collection. Suggestions, comments are always welcomed. The Jason Pominville and Jeff Odgers PC are updated on the webpage minus a couple card I need to locate for scans.
The ultimate Hockey card catalog is a fun project, been working on it for 20 years off and on. Sadly I only have around 4600 different cards for the sets. About 14%. Minor, euro, team issue, are the hardest to come by. This project is one card for every set ever made, to include inserts, parrallel, minor, euro and major sets.
As help filling in the gaps would be appreciated. Condition on card is no matter.
thanks for reading the post and looking
Mark

Site looks sharp and clean. If I were to comment on anything it would be make both the Pominville pc like the Odgers pc where they are years split in half, just looks sharper. That my opinion, it is your site and you should do what makes you happy. Good luck and happy collecting!

I'm not a hockey guy, but I can certainly appreciate the passion that goes into a collection like this! And the dedication it takes to undertake the creation of a website dedicated to that collection is immense.
I spent about 15-20 mintues clicking on different pages and looking through your collection. There is a lot of great content there!
My one critique echoes what cardcollector65jw said. Your menus get quite lengthy with all of the different years listed within them. I originally had a similar issue when I was creating my website. The solution I found was to create a landing page for those menu options. So instead of hovering over my "Collection" link and then it breaking down through multiple years, you can click on my "Collection" link and it takes you to a page with all of the different years in one location. From there you can click on any particular year, and it will take you to a gallery of my collection of cards from that year.
Also, thank you for your service!

I enjoyed the site.
Particularly like the older cards and also the optimism extending the dates for years through to 2030!
As a non-hockey person it was good to see some cards I would never normally look at.
Those The Vault goalie mask cards are pretty cool too.
