Actually scratch that. It's the 2nd Bday of the *replacement* card. I indicated as soon as was allowed that I wanted an alternative to the card indicated, and...nothing. Multiple comments through the website, emails to their redemption support, calls and voicemails, nothing. Absolute dog crap customer service.
Compare that to Leaf, who not only fulfilled my redemption within 2 weeks, they sent a more valuable variant of the card on the redemption.
Anyone out there have any ideas on how to prod this worthless Snorlax of a company into actually honoring their commitments?
