I purchased a collection some time ago and within it was a 2001 Topps Golden Anniversary Baseball Card set that is tighlty packed in a cherry wood box. My concern is that the cards are going to brick if left in the original wooden box because they are so tightly pressed together. Each card has a gloss finish. Normally I would place these in binder pages, but with the finish, should I penny sleeve them before putting them in the binders pages? Would they even fit with the penny sleeve on them?
Lastly, for those of you that store your cards in binders, do you have a go too binder page / brand?
(My storage is dry and cool, so humidity isnt really a factor.)
