I would like to add a complete set to my collection without clicking on every single card. Is there a way to do this?

When you are on the Collection Summaru screen of you scroll down you'll see a section call Sets green button saying Add. Click on that and you'll be presented with an option to enter the whole set and what type (hand collated, factory, etc.). 

Another way from the Collection Summary screen of the given set:

1) Click Add/Update

2) In the "Choose an action..." dropdown, select either "Add all cards to your Collection (without ERR/VAR)" or "Add all cards to your collection (with ERR/VAR) depending on your intent.

I added a complete set. The coleection does show the complete set but indicates 0 cards in my collection. I don;t see ownership of the individual cards belonging to the complete set just a listing of the complete set itself.

Adding a set will not increase your card count nor will it show those individual cards in your collection.  Sets are tracked "separately".  This option is useful when listing a complete set for sale/trade (prevents individual cards from being selected in a trade), or when you have multiple complete sets of a given set and want to easily keep track of how many complete sets you have without having to scroll through the checklist to see which cards are short of an additional complete set.  You will, however, see the item count associated with the set(s) when viewing your collection.

The option I suggested is best if you want the card count in your collection to reflect the cards from the complete set and/or if you want to see the individual cards from the set show up when you're viewing a team or player that has a card from the set.
