I have been submitting several hundred Card image scans over the past several days and now I have had nearly 50 of my latest submissions rejected due to them being "photographs" despite using the exact same scanner i have been using this whole time and have been gotten well over 100 other scans approved with. Any ideas here what might be going wrong/what i can do to "fix" what ever the issue might be?

Sounds like there could be some inconsistency in the quality of your images. Make sure they're fully cropped and correctly rotated and there aren't any weird artifacts like glare or reflection going on.

The images you posted are dark and out of focus, while some are focused on just one part of the card - this is consistent with photographs. Were they scanned while still in sleeves or top loaders?

Just because previous images were approved, doesn't mean they are acceptable. I notice many cards in the queue being ok'ed without really looked at.

How are you editing the images?

Only way to get the images any better quality would be to buy some super expensive scanner. No matter if the card is in a sleeve/toploader/just sitting there the typing quality especially on the bottom of the cards is virtually identical.

Tried it just for fun to see if it help. Put the Scanner on 600 DPI Set it flat on the scanner with nothing in between the card and the glass and made the image quality significantly worse I dont know what one might expect me to be able to do if the only way to "Improve the quality" of the photo makes it 5x worse to the point where you cant even read the serial number and it takes a minute per scan.

Are the cards cupped, warped in any way. Weight down the scanner cover/card if any warpage in the card. 300 dpi should do you fine.

There are many threads on here about scanning and editing options.  Some ideas different folks use include scanning the card at different angles to better result (especially foil cards), or using different color paper to cover the card and give a contrasting background for the scanner.  There are also lots of settings in editing tools that can adjust the contrast/brightness of the resulting scan.  Just a few ideas.  I'm sure many on this site can chime in with suggestions or, as I mentioned, you can research some of the past forum threads.

One of the cards that is giving me particular trouble is 2014 Select where you cannot read the card serial number very well due to warping and that set has the extra thick card stock so unless one were to have a lead weight handy i sadly dont think it would smoosh it any sadly.

I have been known to put the card on the glass, sheet of plain white paper, a heavy book, and I will hold the book down while the scanning is happening. That works very well - no matter how warped the card is.

Just wondering, what scanner brand/model are you using? Do you have it set to scan documents or photos or film or something else? Perhaps one or more of your settings is not correct.
