That depends on your future plans for the sets. If you want to open them for any reason for your own collection, go ahead and then do what you can to remove them from the possible bricks and protect them then. If you just have them to own them and plan to sell later, keep them sealed and let the next owner worry about if they are bricked. Sounds rude, but that really is the case with those factory sets now. So MANY factory sets were bought and kept sealed for a couple decades only to find out that the whole set became a massive brick when the box was finally opened. Collectors AND investors generally know the years that were typical to brick together, but some will still take the risk to buy another set hoping for a set in better condition.
