For me I have to give a solid 6.5. I can easily identify what boxes cards are in but here and there are random piles of cards that need to be put away. Normally I spend about 45 minutes a day putting one pile away which turns into some other sorting thing. My goal is to be a 10 in the next few weeks. I am very close but just doing it takes me a while to do.

I feel like I am a 9. All of my cards are sorted by year and set and numbered so I can very easily pull cards, but it took a hell of an effort to get there and some cash to buy the organizational items I need. It’s not a 10 because with the job and family I have a box of cards-to-sort and it does pile up but I do try to get things back reorganized when it gets too large.

I feel like i am a 9. My personal collection is very organized ( although with 30k cards one does get misplaced time to time)
my for trade cards are all in binders by year, then brand, then alphabetical order by last name, if it an insert or parallel then they are right behind the base set.
still takes a while to pull cards most of the time i have to pull 12 or more books and the baseball books are on the other side of my 2nd living room

Depends on what the subject is....for cards I'd say 8 or 9. Everything else in my life is a 3.

If 8 out of ten means for every ten cards asked for I can find eight easily then I'm an "8". If 2 out of ten means the other two cards take me a week and a half to find, then I'm a "2".

I'm mostly organizing over adding right now.

Right now I'd say a 5, but that's because I am re-entering my entire collection, have a bunch of new cards to review, and the basement where I do all this itself a mess (I just moved into the home). Once the area is set up properly and I'm finished my project I'll go back to my traditional 9/10.

I'm a 10 but I'm also drunk half the time so I sometimes put cards back where they shouldn't be. So I guess 9.

I would give myself a seven. Most of my collection are in folders, and my duplicates / tradeables are in 8-10 boxes. I mark myself down due to duplicates not being well organized.

Again, what is this work "organized"? At best I'm a 5 insomuch that I have system in place and a plan, but my execution is lacking. Call that a casualty of time and space limitations. I have 3x 5K boxes, give or take, of cards that still need to be filed away after a flurry of past trades and purchases. I absolutely need to do a reconciliation of my entire collection after I get that sorted out. That isn't the bad part, it's my traders. I had them organized, but after adding a few and then a whole crapload of trades pulled that then got cancelled I just haven't had a chance to reorganize those back into their proper slots. And then I need to reconcile those because I'm tired of having things showing on my FS/T list that I just can't find.
Sigh...
