I can't seem to figure out how to access my collection... I would liket to export it into a spreadsheet or something like that can you please help me figure this out?

While it's possible to print your collection (e.g. to a PDF) there's no export option as the site isn't designed for that.

so i have tried to do the print option but it won't do anything once i hit go....

I would report to admin.  Perhaps it's a long-running query that needs to be optimized.  You can also try during "off hours".

There are many times that I try to look at my "collection --> stats" for which the query times out.  I try again, sometimes it works.  If not, I try again tomorrow.  Unfortunately, the database is HUGE and it sometimes takes a while for the results to come back.
