unable to log in on other devices

When I try to log in to TCDB on other devices I get an error message saying user name not found yet the details are correct (and I am logged in using the very same info on my laptop while trying the other devices).. Any ides what I can do to resolve the issue?

Watch out if you are using cut/paste; it tends to put an extra space at the end. That would send the wrong password...
