 These stickers came in 1987 regular base set Fleer packs and also in 1987 Fleer Star Stickers packs.   The set is identified as an insert set in the 1987 base set.     But there is no mention of it in the 1987 Fleer Star Stickers set on the DB.     I am not advocating putting the same set out there twice.   But shouldn't there be something in the notes for the Star Stickers set regarding this?   I got my logo stickers in  the 1987 Fleer Star Stickers packs.

Weren't there some in the Update set as well?

There was an update set, It was only available as a factory set and included 25 of these stickers. I wish there was a way to link an insert set with more than one base set, for inserts issued in multiple sets like Fleer stickers or the Upper Deck Yankee Stadium set.

For now, all we can do is add a note on the insert set itself and indicate which other sets they were included with. I'd love to see the site have a way to link an insert set to multiple base sets. I know this has come up before, but I don't remember if Admin weighed in on the feasibility of it.

I agree that there should be a way to link multiple releases to one insert set. Press Pass made a NASCAR set similar to the Yankee Legacy set. Their NASCAR Hall of Fame set (and the 2 parallels) was released in all brands and over several years. The card numbers were specific to each brand for most years, but if you didn't pull the card from a pack, you have to search each brand until you find the right block of card numbers. If the whole set for each year could be posted under the flagship release for that year and linked to the other sets, it would eliminate confusion and wasted time.
