All the PSA graded are listed as Hand Cut. And all the images of those graded singles show no signs of perforations. And all the images of the full sheets I've seen I can't see any perforations.

Beckett list them as perforated also. In fact, it looks like BCP cribbed the exact language from Beckett.

With that said, there has to be something that allows for them sheet to be folded be it perforated or very thin divider. There was a listing on eBay earlier that should where it bent, as mentioned, for mailing. That listing is gone now. Maybe someone here bought it to find out for sure?

These are not perforated, but as mentioned a different cardstock. Same as a bunch of late 70s FB sets. They were only available as uncut sheets for several years in BB also and individual cards should be listed as "hand-cut" here also, if it's an option.

On a side note, uncut sheets are not listed here. Ever. Admin's directive. Otherwise, EVERY set ever listed should have uncut sheets as a listing.
The late 1970s - early 1980s Topps sets had mail-in offers for the team checklists. They are checklisted here as individual cards, no matter the form they were issued in. They are different, and I do believe if people would actually read the release notes (and see where they are located on the insert/related set's page - Mail-In) on the sets, they would understand that they are certainly different. We get IRs in frequently. I point them to the page and they have the light bulb moment.
Baseball Card Pedia is crowd sourced. I have found more incorrect info there than at Beckett, and I've found more incorrect info at Beckett than here. The team checklist sheets were definitely not perforated - at least none of the ones I ever saw were. (I think I have seen them all, but am not 100% sure.)

The Mail in checklist sheets were not perforated, but were folded in thirds when shipped. The ones I have, have 27 cards, 1 for each team and 1 header card. 9 card on each section.they are a different card stock with a much whiter back than what is found in packs.

That may be the rule/policy, but sad to say uncut sheets are "sprinkled" throughout the database. No specifics but you can find them.

When they are found, please report them through the IRs. They should not be on here.

There was one NASCAR set that was complete but didn't show up in the gallery due to an uncut sheet listed. I can't remember if I ever got Admin to fix it, and I don't remember the set anymore.
Promo panels are different from uncut sheets and should remain here. Fleer did them a lot in the 90s but they were not the only ones. Just wanted to get that out there before it became an issue.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Of course there are exceptions. :)
And that's why IRs are the way to go on those. They can be sent through to Admin to make the "final ruling" and decide whether to add them or not, or delete them or not.
