All. And I highly recommend it, because when I did it the speed of the site doubled. And I get to help pay the bills, even if in small way.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.

WOW, do i have to pay monthly or can i pay yearly, do i HAVE to use paypal, if so where can i send a $$ order for a years payment
