Man, it feels nice to get something right for once...and not need any help to figure it out.
Admin, for moving between collections, here's my example. I have all 60 cards in this set and a variety of the inserts: http://www.tradingcarddb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/3077/2003-UD-Top-Prospects currently in my main collection. I would like to transfer them all to my secondary collection, having them populate my second collection but more importantly be removed from my main collection. Having to do this on a set-by-set basis is fine with me, having to do each card individually would be a chore...not that I won't do it. If the original collection date could be maintained, even better.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Sportzcommish, your recommendations have been rolled under “Transaction Manager Update”. They’ll be part of a much larger upgrade to that area. More info to come in the near future.
Billy, thanks for the example. This could be added to the “Choose an action” dropdown menu at the top of page when managing your collection by set. The same can go for players and teams.

I'm in the same boat as David. I will probably not use this feature (I can't think of an example of why I would need it) but it was something that people were wanting so kudos to Admin for implementing the idea. I'm sure it took a lot of work on the back end.

1. I am still on the kick on having the ability of exporting your own collection to csv file. There has been quite of people who put a lot of time and effort into updating the site- and some maintain two data bases: the one on here for thier collection and their own excel data base. It would only make sense to have the ability to export what they have here.
2. Any chances of increasing the font size on the pdf's ??? or at least the choice to increase like it provides the drop down menu for columns?
3. lastly-- what about the ability to explode or magnify the card view? like ebay or comc does ..reading the details on some cards especially looking at some card numbers or just reading the fine print for fun can be troublesome at times on some scans
other than that .. keep up the greaaaaaaattttttt work!!! :-)

Agree with TonyM on both the export functionality and the praise. Thank you!

The collection summary page does not appear to be working for me anymore. For a set in which I have cards, the summary page will show no cards. The error appears to be that the site does not include the collection ID in the URL. I've attached an image of my problem. Anyone else have this issue?

I suspect this is related to the recent collections change. FWIW, I had created a new collection as a test, then immediately deleted it. I didn't add any cards to the new collection. I wonder if the system is "confused" as to which collection to reference.

I have 30 cards in the 1957 Topps baseball set. I am also seeing 0/407 when I go to the collection summary page, but mine does show that it is showing me the Main Collection (in which I did NOT enter the 30 cards).
I then attempted to navigate to what we're expecting by selecting "All Collections" from my collections page, Baseball in the Collection table, browse by Sets. At this point, it is displaying only the sets I have entered items in for any of my collections. When I choose 1957 Topps, I am again presented with 0/407, and it should show 30/407 at this point. Ah, I see what's happening in my case - it's switching back to Main, which has zero in it. The same thing is happening to me even when I navigate using one of my collections (that has cards added for that set). I'll alert Admin.

Agree with tonym and BusCollector: best enhancement would be an Excel or csv export. For me, next in line would be the set collector. Keep up the great work!!

Just a quick update on the multiple collection upgrade.
Admin has opened up by Player and by Team in addition to by Set. If you run into any issues, you can contact me first, and I'll see if I can guide you through the process first before seeking Admin's help.
Just remember that basically, you go into a collection, update it as you see fit, then go into another collection. They all roll up under the "All Collections". Whatever you previously had in the system defaults to going into your Main Collection. Unfortunately, we currently do not have a way of transferring from Main to another collection.
Personally, this has already allowed me to fully enter my Phillies team collection (up through 1980) in one evening (that's one binder). Most of it was already in as I knew many of the team sets that were complete, but I was able to add the oddball and figure out which variation I truly had of many items. But the ease of going through and verifying or adding is AMAZING. Really glad Admin was able to get this together, and I hope all of those who were also looking for this capability start using it as well.
