No intelligent way to answer that without more information. But that's never stopped people on THIS forum, so I'll start. Assuming the condition is decent (vg+) and there's a nice mix of commons and at least some stars -- not necessarily HOFers, but at least HOVGers -- in the mix, that seems like a reasonable asking price. Doesn't seem like some FANTASTIC deal for you, nor is it a rip-off. I'd guess it's just a pretty fair exchange and I'd go for it.
(Mostly I'm responding to try to move the pins discussion off the first page.

Too much with the little info given. A list of the cards and condition of the cards is a must when shell out cash for anything. I've got some "cards" I can sell you, if you don't care about the details.
It really matters what cards they are. If there In good shape but they're all commons. The price is too high.
Look both ways Twice before crossing.

What is that behind you!?! Oh, It's me! Looking at the cards you have, That I want. :)

They should be excellent or better for $1 per card. Phil

Does seem to be a little high with knowing what we know. Condition and who's who on the list would help determine whether it's worth it or not.

As mentioned, too many unknown factors - condition, Hi vs Lo #, commons or stars or HoF, and how many of the 300 do I actually need for my collection. As well, Cdn$ or greenbacks? Don't really need a bunch more traders for that price. Now $100 for the lot, I might just take them without going through them.

1. I've dealt w/ seller before....condition is overall Ex/MT
2. Thought a $1/ 60s card not bad average price...commons in general are more than a buck. Countering @ $225. @ $.75/card.
3. On my wantlist and need them all for these sets.
4. Mixed commons + few minor stars.
