I just finished a trade with Macman I was missing a couple cards. He sent me the replacements. I was happy with the communication and the overall trade.
Jddavis is a interesting one. He sent me a trade offer and volunteered to send his side first. I pulled the cards and one was in iffy condition. I sent him a message before I agreed to the trade to see if he wanted to adjust anything. Never heard back and he eventually withdrew the offer. I have had one slow but ultimately successful trade with him.

I finished a few other small trades with him as well with no hiccups. That's why this one is odd. The other trades were not as high on the $$$ value like this one was. I really do not want to put negative feedback on anyone, but he has not responded to me about this trade what a shame! I sent him another message to give him another chance. Will see if he responses.
And yes Jddavis is a very interesting character. I will not trade with him again!

Interesting, I did a trade with Macman513 on the 19th. I'm still waiting for my cards. I have messaged him personally and messaged him on the transaction too. No response. I even threated him with negative feedback.

I did the same thing Godzilla8you. Looks like we need to hit him with the negative feedback.

Before there are too many Negative Feedbacks left for members who have a 100% positive feedback, I would hope communication and patience be exercised. When I suggested a run of negatives on someone, it was because people started talking about months of no comms or receipt of cards.
In the last 4 months, we have had several reports of long delivery times, both nationally (internal to the USA) and internationally, coming and going. I have had one over 8 weeks and presently have one that is at that time-point as well. Others have reported their shipment going via a Caribbean island from one continental city to another, extending that delivery to over 5 weeks. So two weeks is not a long time considering. I know simple responses to queries would alleviate most of the concern and I cannot understand why some don't respond when queried about a transaction (same as why they don't respond to a trade proposal) even when you see them signed in every day. But hasty Negative Feedback may destroy some of the trading we all do here and like. I can only recommend patience in some of these. How long is sufficient? Depends the situation.
As I was writing, I thought of an idea - when someone logs on to the site, maybe a Message Alert screen could pop-up that must be opened by the recipient before being able to do anything else. Though it would not guarantee a response, it would at least confirm that the recipient has seen the message. This idea might even require that the Message Alert screen pops-up as soon as a message is received as some of us rarely log off. Such a pop-up would stop all other activity on the site till the message is opened.

I received the same message. I did get my cards from him on Friday from a trade started on March 15. It took a little time to get the cards free from the PWE because the cut sheet was taped to the cardboard.

I have made several attempts to message him with no response. That is why I added to this post with the hopes something would come of it. I too do not want to tarnish a 100% feedback, but not sure what else to do here. I have given him every opportunity to response with nothing. I also know about the long delays with the post, but he and I both live about 200 miles from each other in the same great state of OHIO. How long should I wait for a response?
P.S. I do like your idea Bruno about the message poping up requiring them to response before being able to use the site.

We do know that sometimes the mail takes a detour, but if the sender is conscientious, they will make efforts to alert the recipient of delays and issues.
