We have some different rules for Pokemon in card numbering at least, but fwiw #3 is the format Admin approved for the Magic the Gathering sets when we redid those last year.

Thanks HutNut. Since Admin has already approved a set title format for the gaming category we should probably stick with that at least for Gaming sets.
