How does one turn a Mystery Thread Title from Pink to Green

Title asks it all. Lots of ID'd cards don't turn green. Can a user change it?

Choose "Solved" under the Actions menu at the top of the thread, to the right of the subject line. Edited on: Sep 23, 2019 - 3:29PM ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*

The only thing I see to the right of the title in the thread is a green button that says subscribe.

I’m L8 so it must be something ADMIN grants to individuals.

I've always wondered about this too. I'm also L8, but never seen an Actions listing in the Mystery Forum threads. Many mysteries that I solved didn't turn green for weeks after I gave the answer.
