I've been cropping cards this afternoon and have run into an issue where i will crop an image and hit the "crop" button and then i see the image back in the queue un-cropped. is there anything i can do to get past this? i've cropped the same image 5 times now and i'm getting frustrated.

Try hitting "F5" on your keyboard. Sometimes the old image gets "stuck" on your screen. This is especially helpful on individual card pages, when someone sends an IR to rotate an image 90 degrees.

F5 doesn't always work with jpg images. Sometimes, to refresh the images as well, you'll need to press Ctrl-F5.

just click the refresh icon.

That is the same as pressing F5. That does NOT always refresh jpg images. That requires Ctrl-F5.

Did you try turning it off, then back on again?
