Hey all. I bought a nice scanner last year as I really enjoy scanning in my collection as an evening activity. I've noticed that there is a wide variety of scan quality on the site, some of which get flagged but others that are still not great but certainly pass. I am just curious if there is an etiquette that I should follow when it comes to deciding when to replace images. I feel as if my scanner does a nicer job than many but I also don't want to just overwrite people's scans if it is rude or outside of what the standards should be.
An example below is one where I replaced the first 9 cards of this 2022 Bowman - Bowman Scouts' Top 100 set. Many of the existing scans have the kind of raywave look where the refractor part is, that doesn't look great in my opinion (See many of the scans after the first 9).

I just wanted to check to see if any long time users/admin would have any feedback on whether it is fine to replace even when the scans aren't egregious like the ones in my example. Thanks!
