Hello,

I wonder how I get upgraded from level 0 to level 1 in permissions, I have done the things listed below several days ago. Is there something more I must do?

• Leave a comment on a set or card's page
• Post in one of the forums

At the bottom of every page in the left column of the grey area, click on the Permissions link. There you can do the things required to get a higher level. It also lists what things you will be able to do once you gain that permission.

On the first screen shot you posted, where Level 0 is highlighted in green meaning you have already obtained that level, left click on the Get Access box in the Level 1 area. You will be asked a few questions, like a quiz, and if you pass/qualify you will be given Level 1 permissions. 

It would be helpful to also read the site's User Manual & FAQ at the bottom of the page under the General Info column.  

Understanding how is the requirement for getting to Level 1

It was Saturday when you created your first forum post and it was Sunday when you left the user comment on the card. It is not an automated process to be granted further access in this case. It is reviewed by a human, to ensure bots are not trying to get access to spam the forums (they have in the past), and it might take a couple days. Patience.
