ummmm I think this set is missing from the heritage the current one that's up is only for stamps not the '74 stamps Panels can someone fix it or add the set thank you

Yeah, that'll be it. I was looking for the Advertising Panel type stamp panels Heritage used in the past. But I did need to throw that out there...
