Hi. When I create a card list in Excel so that I can upload it to populate a new set, is there a character that I can use to tell the database that a prospect has No Team? Looking for a way to populate this field, instead of having to manually fix it via the Check Teams process. I tried using the text of "No Team", but that did not link correctly. (I assume that this has been asked and answered, but I could not find it in the Forum posts.) Thank you.

Great question!!  Upload the checklist without anything in the Team column.  Once the checklist is up, create an IR.  There is a tool available that can assign the 'No Team' value to the entire checklist.

I upload a lot of prospect set checklists (e.g. Panini, Onyx, etc). These sets always have many inserts and parallels, and they also have a tendency to contain multiple prospects without any team designation. When I verify the player names, I only see the option to designate "No Team" on a card-by-card basis. Could you advise as to where the bulk tool is? and can you use it to select multiple players, but not the whole list? Also, is this possibly a level 8 permissions only tool? (Asking because I am level 7)

Submit an IR, and the tool is is there - if you cannot see it, don't worry, many of us can, and we'll process those. They are easy enough.
