Quick question. I just ran the Autographed Cards in You Collection report. There were a large number not listed. When I looked them up, I noticed AU hadn't benn included in the notes when the checklist was added. I never paid attention back then, I wasn't able to add checklists yet. I just want to clarify please, even though the name of the insert or parallel has signsture, ink, etc in the title, we still add AU in the Note 1 field, correct?
Getting curious, I looked around for, but couldn't find.... Is there a report of place we can see if a Change was necessary due to mistakes we made and what the euro or was, without going through every set? Would like to check myself and make sure I'm not all jacked up.

Only thing you can do is look at the checklists you've added (you can see this somewhere on your profile) and then go to the change logs for each set and see what others have done to that set.
AU belongs in the Note field - it's the only way the DB can pick up on the fact that it's autographed. Same for MEM. Putting STK or BAT does not get included in MEM report. We have all the glossaries defined. Now we have to make sure that each set has the proper abbreviations in Note. The Note field is designed for the use of AU, MEM, and SNxx. There are 1,000s of other abbreviations in there, that we've basically bastardized it into becoming a way of labeling subsets and stuff. Now that Admin has included a link in the glossary for each set to pull the cards from the set that have that particular abbreviation (e.g., LL for the League Leader cards), I can see where subset labeling is now a proper usage of Note.

That is correct. The report pulls from the Note field, not the set name. There are hundreds if not thousands of sets missing the proper note info. (There are also sets with incorrect note info, but thankfully much rarer)
When adding to a set that has all cards AU, MEM or SN please use the "Edit note field" instead of just doing it for one card. It makes it much harder to correct when only one card is done.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. It also really fouls things up when that single player collector (ahem) does that and then on top of it - does it incorrectly! Putting "MEM, BAT, SNxx" is not correct. Sad thing is this particular player collector has continued to do this even though it's been pointed out to them that they were doing this!
So frustrating....

Thanks for the prompt feedback and guidance. I want to make sure I'm doing it right and not being that guy.

On a related matter....Is there a proper way that the 1990 Donruss card #716 Bart Giamatti & 1990 Score Rookie Dream Team # B1 Bart Giamatti (Both tagged as MEM for memorial), could be made to not show up in lloking up Memorabilia cards in a collection?

Actually, I don't think it matters what the definition is, MEM shows up in the reports as memorabilia cards. We need a different abbreviation to distinguish it from the GU stuff.
I took it upon myself to change them to IM (for "In Memorium"). If you see any other cards like that, please change them.

The only thing I have to add that hasn't already been mentioned, but pertains just to SN cards, not autos, is when entering sets, or editing others mistakes/omissions, make sure the set is numbered the same. Unfortunately, a trend I've started to see more often in the last couple years is companies making sets where half the cards in the set have a different number of cards than the others. Panini seems to be the worst offender in this category. So just keep in mind if you are ammending a checklist and adding SNxx, check with the listings on another site, or ask another member on here if all the cards are numbered the same (if you don't already know) so you can make sure you are listing the right numbers for the right cards.
