There's a set in this data base that i question if it's been entered correctly....1991-92 Front Row Billy Owens

The one that i have and the one mentioned in the price guide is the 1991 Front Row Billy Owens and this one is made up of 7 player cards and a COA card.  This set is SN25000.

What does this all mean? I don't know, but that one set on ebay is $5.50 delivered. If *I* collected one of those players, I'd get one. :)

I scanned both 8-card sets of Billy Owens & Steve Smith....I'll dig around some more about the 16 card set of 1991-92 Front Row Billy Owens...Thanks for everything!

bringing this back to life.  i have the 8 card steve smtih set, which ia a pr 25,000.  i also ahve the 15 card set of steve smith and billy owens  set that was a pr of 20,000.  the only difference betweent the cards is the 15 card set has the charter member logo on the back.  can anyone confirm if the below set was meant to be this 15 card set?  thank you.

The COA should be an insert not part of the base.  I'll put in the IRs.

actually, i have the steve smith set, but yes the coa for that says the 7 card  set with 25000 pr.  the other set on the coa, it says the 15 card set pr of 20000.  but so i'm not sure if they mean the coa is the 15th card as there are 7 steve smith and 7 billy owens, both 1-7.  to confuse it more, my particular set had two billy owens #1 cards  these cards have the charter member and logo on the back, unlike the 25,000 pr cards
