I have a set of 6 of these cards all vikings and i cannot find them.

The 2002 Score Vikings Stadium Giveaway card set is not located on the database currently. https://www.beckett.com/football/2002/vikings-score/ Looks like there is a 7th card as well, a Carl Eller card (#CE1) sponsored by U.S. Link.
