Card Identification Forum

This is one of the cards I received in a Eddie Lacy lot I purchased off ebay. The seller said he was given this lot of cards by Eddie Lacy. I'm skeptical but the lot was cheap enough. In this particular card the back is stamped sample. Could these have been given to Eddie Lacy by Panini? I don't know. Anyone know anything about them? There are 25 of these cards and it's the first card group I have looked at.
