Printing error, nothing more nothing less. It's not a VAR to be entered here. I've seen these rings on numerous Topps cardboard runs in the late-80s/early 90s.

So you are 100% sure that this is not a $1,000,000 misprint and I should just move on....

That occurs when there is an air bubble in the ink. These are all over the place on cards in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and into the early 90s. BOB might give you $100 for that card. Ask him. :)

I am 100% sure. I used to work in the printing industry making automotive decals and we referred to that as a bug. In silk screening which is what we did it meant some sort of dirt got on the silk creen. This is a defect, not a printing error. In most eyes this would reduce the value of the card.

Sure, I'll pay $100 if:::::
1. There are about 100 more
and 2. We consider these "bugs", "air bubbles", "bloops" etc VARs on TCDB
LOL !

Middle one - obvious no
Top one - chipping on lower left
Bottom one - There looks to be a little chipping on the left side and the centering looks like it might be off.
10's are tough, especially when you consider that most "pack-fresh" cards made before 93'ish probably grade a 7 at best.
