2000 Pacific Paramount Football #242 (Not Issued)

Did a forum search dealing with the 2000 Pacific Paramount Football card #242 and found nothing. All of my research into this card mentions that it was "Not Issued". This card alone is keeping this set from being complete in this DB...How are the not issued cards handled in a checklist that originally includes them??

Beckett stated "Shortly before release, card number 242 was intended to have been pulled from production, but apparently a very small number of cards packed out." One copy did sell last month for $39.80 on eBay.

Good find SDC. If one has been sold, then it must exist in some form. The card in the link doesn't appear to be a fake or any kind of backdoored card either.
