I have a Topps 1991 Baseball panel and couldn't find an entry for panels in the TCDB

You will see the wax bottom cards listed. individually. The panels/wax bottoms have not been entered as a panel insert. Go to earlier Topps or Fleer sets that I worked on and you will see how to enter them. Any questions just ask, PM, ~Bob~

The complete box bottom panels need to be listed also.

Ummm, that's not Topps - that's an OPC box bottom.

Oops, my bad ... I live in the only bilingual province in Canada, that being New Brunswick and I missed that as well. However "eagle-eyed" vrooomed sure didn't miss it.
