I have this 2018 Panini National Treasures Collegiate Vinny Testaverde #100 auto S/N 25, silver foil, but I don't see it under his name or the set. I tried looking on Cardboard Connection for a checklist but his namdeed doesn't appear.

I believe you have this card. The notes are incorrect obviously. (I edited the note to AU, MEM, SN25). Taken from the checklist on Panini's website.
