1988 Score Glossy

I was opening a few packs from 1988 score and noticed one of the cards was a glossy version. #347 Andy Hawkins. I researched the glossy and saw they were a special factory set of only 5,000 run. I was wondering if anyone else has gotten one in a random pack or if people think it was a mistake on their part. Kinda fun either way. Thanks

I always thought the Glossy was a factory set only thing. ------------------------------- ~Aaron~ Please check "My Finnish Flash Collection" to see which cards I am looking for with my PC - willing to trade or buy anything I need. 2,175 unique Teemu cards....and counting (Last updated 2 May 2024) 900+ different Brett cards....and counting

It was only a factory set thing and should not have been seen in a pack. This could be a case of cross contamination where the base and glossy were being produced at the same time and some glossy accidently ended up in packs. You know, that time was soooo great for quality control
