These are the facts as i know them...this uncut page was from an issue of Tuff Stuff dated December 1991.  On the back towards the bottom it says there;s an "anticipated" release date of the end of November. (1991 or 1992??).  Based on the set currently in the DB and other online research, i'm only seeing a 15 card set...not the "Series I-125 cards" advertised on the back.  Last thing, should this uncut sheet be added to the 1991 set as a Promo?

Interesting, nothing seems to indicate that there is a 125 card set. There is no mention of Tuff Stuff changing the set from 125 to 15. Anybody have any more info.???

Yes, I believe that's the way to add the Tuff Stuff sheet as a Promo. Other Tuff Stuff sheets are listed that way.
