This is a 1990 Bowman #301 Chili Davis. I am not familiar with the bronze foil "70B" on the front of the card

To mark Bowman's 70th anniversary, Topps bought back a bunch of old Bowman cards, stamped them with foil logos, and inserted them into packs of 2017 Bowman products. ------------------------------- Canadian member collecting John Olerud, Toronto Blue Jays team sets, and Topps base sets.
