Hello folks. Has anyone seen this version of a Bo Jackson 1986 Time Out Sports - Memphis Chicks card before? The back of the card is identical to the card shown on the site. But, the front is not only a different photo, but he is wearing a different uniform style than every other player in in set. Could this be an alternate, or maybe an unlicensed knock-off card? Thoughts.

Most Bo collectors consider this to be an unlicensed knock off.  Sadly, several have found there way into various TPG slabs though.  As you noted, the legitimate copies that come with the set all have the same uniform style as the pics were all likely taken the same day.  This card only comes as a single and not part of the sets and IIRC there are some font differences and possibly cardstock also.  I'll have to see if I can dig up additional info.

The silver one scanned here is a different counterfeit also, the gold has the correct image.  Below is the one that came with the set ...

ETA: The one scanned here is noted in the 2010 Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards edited by Don Fluckinger (Krause) on pg. 1228. The book includes a photograph of the card that matches what's listed here in the silver set for Bo:
