I picked up a few of the 1960 Parkhurst Hawes Wax Indy 500 set this past weekend, and in that lot were these two street car cards. I can find nothing on them. I think that they may also be Parkhurst, because they have the same look, feel, size, even the same thickness, texture and curvature...and they are both bilingual. Any ideas? For now I just have them listed as "unknown". Thanks in advance!

You know what - I'm wrong!
The card I showed a pic of has no border, and Billy's has a border. Odd that they are numbered the same.

That IS odd. Maybe the Mother's card is a reprint of the earlier card.
