I thought that looked like a Fleer logo on the front. It's listed here: https://www.tradingcarddb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/87043/cid/6280284/1998-Fleer-Tradition---23KT-Gold-Commemorative-Card-Mark-McGwire-NNO-Mark-McGwire?PageIndex=1 Side note, anybody happen to know how many were produced?
