This card was an insert in the Topps 2006 set. I don't remember if it was Opening Day, Base, or Updates.

COMC just shows it as "Topps" https://www.comc.com/Cards,sc,i100,=2006+Topps+-+Alex+Rodriguez+iTunes+Dowload+Card so I'd go with the base set.
