Promo card without company or copywrite year

I have this promo from the Red Sox kidnation. I couldn't find it tagged as Wally, and as it was given out with the packages a few different years and has no printed copywrite, I don't know where to look in the database that is sorted by year and company.

I found this listing on ebay that lists the card as a 2018 Stadium Giveaway for Special Kids Game promotion. If this is right that card is not currently in the database. But I did not find it listed as a 2018 SGA, but it is just a hand out card so who knows.
